Leading event website creators ASP have today shown that hard work pays off by announcing a record Net Promoter Score of +61.2.
The Event Industry average for NPS is four, with scores between 0-30 being classified as ‘Good’. Scores between 30-70 are deemed ‘Great’.
It’s been a continued story of success for ASP, who as well as recording their best ever retention rate (92.5%), recently won a global tender process to provide conference specialists Delinian (formerly EuroMoney) with 30 event websites, while also securing a multishow partnership with Mark Allen.
ASP’s CEO Jon Benjamin believes the company’s launch of their attendee growth services and feedback portal have been behind ASP’s continued positive backing from their customers.
