At ASP, we are committed to ensuring that our software – a content management system (CMS) for building and managing event websites – is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

We are actively working to make our website and CMS platform accessible in accordance with:

• The European Accessibility Act (EAA),
• The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA
• Applicable UK legislation, including the Equality Act 2010

Our aim is to enable event organisers and their audiences to access and use our platform without barriers.

We have implemented the following measures to support accessibility across our website and CMS:

• Use of semantic HTML and structured headings
• Full keyboard navigability
• Sufficient colour contrast and resizable text
• Compatibility with screen readers and inclusion of alternative text for images
• Accessible forms with clear labels and instructions

We also offer guidance to our users on building accessible event websites using our platform.

Our website and product are designed to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where full compliance has not yet been achieved, we are continuously identifying and addressing any issues.

While we strive for full accessibility, some parts of our system may have limitations, including:

• Third-party components or integrations that are outside our direct control.
• Event website templates or content created by customers that may not follow accessibility best practices.

We provide support materials and recommendations to help users meet accessibility standards.
